Old NomCom Chairs
Prior nomcom chairs are trying to determine is if there is sufficient will (and desire) to start work on an update to the NomCom RFC. Once the IASA 2.0 work is done (RFC7437bis), it may make sense to enhance the NomCom RFC to align with current practice. There are also some issues that aren't covered at all by the current RFC that would be useful to write down.
So, start small, determine interest, bring an analysis of the wealth of feedback the prior chairs have already collected, then bring that analysis to the community.
The list is a convenience as prior chairs are trying to get this off the ground. We will open the list to other interested parties later if that is desired.
